Cancellation and refunds
Plans are month to month and paid upfront. You can cancel any time by emailing hello@northlabs.com.au before your next billing date, and your plan ends at the end of the current billing period. When you cancel, we stop all work and remove our Manager access from your Business Profile. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
We collect the contact details you give us when you get in touch or sign up, and use them only to provide our service. We only access your Business Profile to reply to reviews and, on Reviews Pro, to make profile changes you've approved. For Reviews Growth and Pro clients, we also read your business's public social media pages to prepare your improvement report. For Reviews Pro, we also look at public Google information about nearby competitors. When you visit our website, our host collects basic visit statistics (see Cookies and tracking below). We never sell personal information. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, email hello@northlabs.com.au.
Cookies and tracking
Our website is hosted by Lovable. Our host sets a small number of cookies needed to run the site, and collects basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, device type and the website you came from, to help us understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising or marketing cookies, and we never sell any information. The site has no forms, so we only get what you send us by email. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If we add any other cookies or tracking, we'll update this policy.
Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy a plan from North Labs Studio (ABN 39 346 434 883), Western Australia. Last updated 1 October 2026.
Services. We reply to Google reviews for your business and provide the extras listed on this page for the plan you choose.
Payment. Plans are billed monthly, in advance, in Australian dollars. No GST is charged. Founding offer prices apply for the first three months only, then the standard price applies unless you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel any time, as set out in our cancellation and refunds policy.
Your part. You give us accurate information about your business. You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile and approve any reply to a negative or sensitive review before it's posted.
What we won't do. We never ask for your passwords, never write reviews, and never contact your customers. We only change your Business Profile details on Reviews Pro, and only with your written approval.
Results. We can't promise more customers, a higher rating or any other result, because they depend on things outside our control.
Your content. The review replies, messages, signs and reports we make for you are yours to use.
Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service doesn't meet those guarantees, contact us and we'll fix the problem or refund the affected period.
Changes. If we change these terms, we'll email active clients before the change applies to them. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
